LMPG has acquired a majority stake in Vode Lighting

LED lighting solutions group - LMPG Inc. has acquired a majority stake in Vode Lighting LLC. 

Vode is a LED lighting solution provider focused on interior architectural lighting. Founded in 2006 and located in Sonoma, California, Vode is renowned for its adaptive architectural lighting systems, creating minimalistic and customizable solutions that are easily scaled to all types of projects.

Vode will remain an independent brand while leveraging LMPG's operational capabilities, supply chain synergies, and innovative technologies. The three founders will remain active in the company.
